The paper project in the previous stages explored the beauty,shape and  its versatile nature , however my stage 5 focuses on the power of paper and how the world is represented and mirrored through paper through the world of the news, this stage investigates and displays how the power of paper and its message can be just as versatile as the shape.

_covid 

​

i used the covid campaign ad in order to show how covid is represented in the media

i used blue medical gloves to represent how we are being blinded to the truth of covid by those who are meant to save us

​

the blue also blends with the eye colour and also adds a vibrance to the image 

_protest

i used the contrast of red to show the risk of protest , and made a headline compiled of letters from different newspapers in order to add SENSE OF UNITY

i structured headlines/articles from 17 different newspaper in order to build his represented image 

I PLACED THE HEADLINes over his eyes to represent the blindness of the goverment 

i also included more cartoon like images in orer  to show he is seen as almost a charcter rather then a political figure

the campaign uses the look him in the eyes and tell him the risk isnt real
